Are Free Blogging Platforms Good for Earning Money?

I came across a post online today where someone claims to make money through Adsense using Blogger, which is a free option for hosting a blog.

For a few years, most information about blogging and making money with it is contrary to that, suggesting paid options for domain names and hosting.

However, not everyone is interested in that, or capable of affording it. Is it good to start with Blogger in 2023 and above?

Maybe you can start with blogger for a free host. Then you can register your own domain name which costs about $10 a year.

I have seen some bloggers do that. They post their content in a free host but pay for the domain name. Then again, getting your blog "noticed" may require some other work like promoting it and driving traffic to your blog. 

A lot of gurus claim that blogging is a great way to earn, then again, it takes time before you can start earning from Adsense. Frankly speaking, I'm also looking for a way to earning from my own blog without spending a single dollar from my own pocket.

Blogging is not easy , one who says that it is easy is actually fooling people , because if  blogging was so easy , then 90% of the people who were once interested in blogging would had never left out bloghing just because they didn't even saw a cent of earning actually , blogging is a good thing when you have a consistent income coming via many different fixed options , You should only start blogging , when you have the option to fail ,because if you don't have a backup earning options ,blogging is not worth the risk and effort for you .

Yes you can earn with an free blog via blogger as well ,the effort you need on blogger is same as that you would need on for a wordpress blog , but the seo is pretty hard and most of it is done manually , in wordpress you can use tools like yoast SEO that can submits sitemaps and can help a lot in professional seo , it is much easier and most of the people actually use it as well for the seo of their blogs .
