Nowadays we are surrounded in different stressful condition so we need to know how to relax. We feel extreme Relax by deep hearted prayers. We need to exercise regularly and try our best to play our role. Role Playing is like as being the head of the family I have role to play to work hard and earn living for my dependent family members at home. If I try to find short cuts and won't play my role than I won't feel relax.

 We really need of being relax at any given time in order to have our body and sense back to ourselves, more especially. during the nighttime when all our body parts are re-formation.

 Another way again, is take some exercises and if its rightly some prayers and meditation, these can help at a time.

 Discharging one's rightful responsibility, is also one factor.

Extreme relax is something that you should feel that you are much more relaxed. One need to apply this as more times as possible. It's a sort of powerful imagination that you are extremely relaxed and your thoughts are stopped for that time.
