Weak currency affects to liquidity, the investor is usually willing to invest in a region with good economic growth for profit, weak currencies also indicate economic condition is less good and less attracted to investing in the region. A weak currency of course affects liquidity, and it is possible that investors will be less interested in investing in the region because economic conditions are still below standard, so it is considered less profitable.
