Why does platforms changes their reward?

Spend time on platforms like this and after sometime they tend to change their reward amount and that is very bad, mostly without notification which bring doubt if they are packing up or not. Sometimes it makes you feel you're not doing some of the tasks right or so but that is not the right thing to do. Everyone needs to be inform is there is an update or upgrade of any sort, meanwhilw, I am currently facing that on here. What do you thing?

It is normal for platforms to change there rewards. Many of this platforms ate not run by the government or charity that will just be giving out money to users. They created the platform for them to also make money while they reward the members. So whenever they see that what the earn has decreased from advertisement or whatever means they monetize the platform, it is necessary for them to reduce the members reward, to keep the platform running.

Most of the platforms usually change their rewards according to their advertisers , they are the way from which they earn money and that is why ,they are the ones that are paying their members have to change the rewards mostly as per the demands of their advertisers so that they can stay effective in the business and this can actually help advertisers have more return and choices where they are the key holder in influence and decision making options for the people actually indeed .

Changes usually comes in a business especially when it comes to online business like this.

I have worked on a platform and before we knew we were told that point will be adjusted though it wasn't funny but we have to adapt but later the point was also increased.
