Google Voice is a complete headache. The first reason behind this answer is misspelling what you are saying leads you to repeat sentence and the situation becomes more complicated if there is some external noise so the sentence is more misspelled or include some words of external noise this is by a personal experience and this is why I do not prefer using Google Voice or similar products anymore to speech to text or similar concerns.
